We are here for a different kind of victim of domestic violence - the Professional Business Woman. Your needs are different, more complex. We are here to help advocate for your special situation and help you create a safety plan within the strictest of confidence.

Transitional Housing, Child Care & Pet Care

Your circumstances are unique. You more than likely cannot go into a shelter, but you may have been a victim of financial abuse and need short-term affordable housing near where you work or run your business. We help you to find a place of peace where you can recover not only financially, but emotionally and spiritually within an environment of beauty. Our support animals can be critical for our mental health - we don't want to leave them behind if we can help it.

Why do we do what we do?

MISSION
Intimate partner violence is not limited to poor and middle class neighborhoods. Usually within those circumstances, social assistance may be readily available. But there is a group that is overlooked and marginalized - women business leaders.

Women business leaders have a unique challenge where their income does not generally meet the monetary guidelines for social assistance programs or legal aid. Their higher levels of income make them "ineligible" for desperately needed transitional housing, food insecurity support, pet care, medical care or legal aid.

Oftentimes, these women suffer in silence under the unseen yoke of financial abuse, verbal abuse and even violent physical abuse. Our mission is to help fill this gap to create a network of successful women helping other successful women escape from domestic violence.
